Objectives

• One qualification flight for the Red/White/Blue rocket at 415g with an E20-7.
• Two qualification flights for the New Red rocket at 315g with an E12-6.

Lessons

• The red rocket performed nicely for the two test flights, and the final qualification flight. All E20's had the same lot number.
• The new red rocket had issues, especially with deployment.
• The last flight of the new red rocket went straight, but way to high with no obvious reason. All E12 motors had the same lot number.
• Our use of the site's launch rail was acceptable because we always launched from the same rail and were able to keep it clean. Team 2662 did a little angle with the wind to get straighter flights.
• On reflection, the E12-6 may have been a bad choice for team 2661.
• We end the qualification flights with no eggs broken and no lost rockets.
