In
this meeting, we made good progress on getting some rockets ready for the
December 10th launch. We will have several modified Estes Fatboys and
Alphas. We hope to gain experience and test the following:
- Launching a rocket at the Middletown launch site
- Use our launch rod from last year
- Separate recovery of payload module and engine stage
- Flying an egg in a Fatboy
- Flying an altimeter in an Alpha and Fatboy
- Getting data from an altimeter
- Testing a streamer for recovery
