At this meeting, we laid out our plans
for the next seven weeks. We organized into three teams, experienced
people in each team. We started to look at the kits and the
available resources. We reviewed the game video and
presentation that the workshop participants saw the day before.
We organized our shared disk space and got commitment from some
special members to work the documentation tasks.
