Following
tournament on Saturday, we decided to have a meeting to review what happened
  and capture some lessons.
  What we did good...

    - We beat Wootton in head to head competition.
- Each team got Botguy once.
- Cheering and morale was up.
- Big trophy.
- Documentation.
- Learned about a new processor - XBC
- Able to compensate for board tolerances.
- Won $200 bucks for 4th place.
- Some robots went through enough repeated testing to
    operate consistently.
Where we need to improve...

    - Recoding before the match.
- Having only 10 days to build a bot..
- Not using Spring Break to our advantage.
- Failure to get to testing phase.
- Procrastination
- Forgot to tape motor leads down.
- Lack of checklist
- Inaccurate board dimensions
- Protection of laptops in team pit area (no passwords).
- Bad code with no comments.
- No programmers.
- Low participation from those overseeing (leaders).
After some discussion, we decided to send at least one team
to the National Robotics Conference in Jacksonville, FL, July 14-17.
  Get Botguy in Jacksonville!
