Project Chairs - Key youth leaders. They works closely with the adults to plan meetings, organize the project, and serve the project members.
Must commit to attending almost all project meetings. Creates and publishes agendas for meetings. Represents the project to the outside world.
Reports on project status in Post business meetings.
The current projects are: FTC, TARC, Botball, and UAS. The project members elect their Chair.
The Chair appoints a project Vice-Chair, with the consent of the project members.
The Chair can delegate responsibilities to the Vice-Chair or other project members.
The Vice-Chair will assume Chair responsibilities when the Chair is unavailable.
Communications Officer - Post-wide office. Helps maintain contact with members.
Writes and sends letters and e-mail. Helps maintain the membership database. Sends
reminders for meetings. Uses our Google account for email and calendar.
Treasurer - Post-wide office. Maintains dues and post treasury. Collects funds from members and takes attendance.
Works with adult treasurer. Leader of the food and fund raising efforts. Helps with registration and trip activities.
